October 2007 Intermediate Grads (Rally 2, Level 3):

Pre-Registration is Required as the class size is limited. To pre-register, please submit the following:

Completed registration form for the Obedience-Intermediate Class. [Online] [Word Doc] [PDF]
Completed Student Questionnaire. [Word Doc] [PDF]
A copy of your dog's shot record showing his current DHLPP and Rabies records (if not on file). We also highly recommend that your dog has the Bordetella (kennel cough) shot & is taking Heartworm. You can note the brand name of the Heartworm on the application.
Full payment to reserve your place. The fee for the seven week Obedience-Intermediate Class is $85. There is a $10 discount for students coming from the Advanced Beginners Obedience class.

Continuing Intermediate Obedience Course Work Includes:

Obedience 2 Class works on completing Level 2 and working on Level 3.
Obedience 3 Class works on completing Level 3 and working on Level 4
Obedience 4 Class works on completing Level 4 and working on Level 5

You will need the follow items at class:

Bait Bag* or baggie of very small, soft treats for the dog such as cheese, liver, chicken, hot dogs, etc. We sell Solid Gold treats - $11, Natural Balance - 4 pounds for $12, Kong - $8 and Plato Salmon - $12.*
Target stick.*
Tab.*
Food tube* or tug toy.*
Clicker.*
We have additional *items available.

We recommend:

Wearing comfortable clothing (slacks) & tennis shoes.
Please Do Not feed your dog before class.
