Pre-Registration Information
Beginning Freestyle Dancing
Pre-Registration is Required as the class size is limited. To pre-register, please submit the following:
Freestyle consists of obedience exercises set to music (dancing dogs).
- Completed registration form for the Beginning Freestyle Dancing Class. [Online] [Word Doc] [PDF]
- Completed Student Questionnaire. [Word Doc] [PDF]
- A copy of your dog's shot record showing his current DHLPP and Rabies records (if not on file). We also highly recommend that your dog has the Bordetella (kennel cough) shot & is taking Heartworm. You can note the brand name of the Heartworm on the application.
- Full payment to reserve your place. The fee for the Beginning Freestyle Dancing Class is $60, for students from prior classes.
- Beginning class is a prerequisite.
You will need the follow items at class:
- Leashes: a two-foot and a six-foot leather or nylon leash.*
- Collars: a training collar (pinch or Gentle Leader preferred) and a flat collar.*
- Baggie of very small, soft treats for the dog such as cheese, liver, chicken, hot dogs, etc.* - We sell the following treats: Solid Gold - $11, Natural Balance - 4 pounds for $12, Kong - $8 and Plato Salmon - $12.
- Clicker.*.
We recommend:
- That you wear comfortable clothing (slacks) & tennis shoes.
- Please Do Not feed your dog before class.
- We have *items available.
