Pre-Registration is Required

This class has a limit of 10 students. To pre-register, please submit the following:

  1. Completed registration form for the Intermediate Agility Class. [Online]   [Word Doc]   [PDF]
  2. Completed Student Questionnaire. [Word Doc]   [PDF]
  3. A copy of your dog's shot record showing his current DHLPP and Rabies records unless it is already on file. We also highly recommend that your dog has the Bordetella (kennel cough) shot & is taking Heartworm. You can note the brand name of the Heartworm on the application.
  4. Full payment to reserve your place. The fee for the seven week Agility 1/Obedience Class is $85. There is a $10 discount for students coming from the Beginning Obedience class.

October 2007 Intermediate Graduates (Level 2):

Back row: Natalie with Kanoe (Miniature Pinscher), Margo with Pip (Miniature Dachshund)

You will need the following items at class:

  1. Leashes: a two-foot and a six-foot leather or nylon leash.*
  2. Collars: a pinch collar and a flat collar.*
  3. Treats, such as Solid Gold or Natural Balance.*
  4. Target stick:*
  5. Tab.*
  6. Tug toy such as Food Tube.*
  7. Clicker.*

We recommend:

  1. That you wear comfortable clothing (slacks) & tennis shoes.
  2. Please Do Not feed your dog before class.
  3. We have bait bags, clickers, treats & food tubes available.*
