Pre-Registration Information
Agility -- Beginner's Class
August 2007 Agility Graduates Kids:
Luke with Bonnie (Toy Fox Terrier); Lance with Buster (Toy Fox Terrier); and Hope with Sheila (Australian Cattle Dog)
Pre-Registration is Required
This class has a limit of 10 students. To pre-register, please submit the following:
- Completed registration form for the Agility -- Beginner's Class. [Online] [Word Doc] [PDF]
- Completed Student Questionnaire. [Word Doc] [PDF]
- A copy of your dog's shot record showing his current DHLPP and Rabies records unless it is already on file. We also highly recommend that your dog has the Bordetella (kennel cough) shot & is taking Heartworm. You can note the brand name of the Heartworm on the application.
- Full payment to reserve your place. The fee for the seven week Agility -- Beginner's Class is $85. There is a $10 discount for those who have taken Mother Lode K9 Training Classes previously.
August 2007 Agility Graduates:
Area with Revo (Border Collie); Kathy with Bella (German Shepherd); Annemarie with Chiquita (Chihuahua); Shausheyene with Stormy (Black Lab); Gary with Brady (Sheltie)
You will need the follow items at class:
- Leashes: A two-foot AND a six-foot leather or nylon leash.*
- Collars: a pinch-collar and a flat-collar.*
- Treats, such as Solid Gold or Natural Balance.*
- Target stick*
- Tab.*
- Tug toy such as Food Tube.*
- Clicker.*
We recommend:
- That you wear comfortable clothing (slacks) & tennis shoes.
- Please Do Not feed your dog before class.
- We have bait bags, clickers, treats & food tubes available.*
